Pale Fire Capital (PFC) together with a trio of experienced managers Jan Biras, Michal Tomek and Petr Kropáček are founding a project of agile outsourcing of ICT specialists teamIT. The cornerstone of the new project is the acquisition of the bodyshop division of YOUR SYSTEM, which in 2019 had a total of 140 ICT specialists supplied to its customers and revenues of over CZK 185 million. YOUR SYSTEM continues to focus on providing comprehensive ICT services and nothing changes in its operation.

The history of the bodyshop division dates back to 2009, when the trio of Jan Biras, Michal Tomek and Petr Kropáček laid its foundations. Now, this trio has teamed up with Pale Fire Capital and jointly implemented a management buy-out from YOUR SYSTEM in order to create the highest quality platform for both ICT specialists and their customers.

teamIT has the ambition to change the conditions in the market of outsourcing ICT services. The financial background of a strong group will enable it to provide ICT specialists with guarantees and payment conditions unprecedented on the Czech market – as the first ICT outsourcing specialist, it will pay its contractors within three days. Furthermore, thanks to synergies with the PFC Group’s portfolio, it will bring a number of new attractive job opportunities for ICT specialists. The goal of teamIT is to triple the number of ICT specialists supplied to its clients within three years.
